  • The item must be in its original, unused condition, showing no signs of wear, washing, or alterations.  
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact and included with the return.  
  • Products should be returned in the same clean and undamaged condition as when received.  
  • Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.  
  • To initiate the return process, please contact our customer support team within the specified timeframe.  
  • Returns that do not meet these criteria or are submitted after the allowed period may not be accepted.

Submit Supporting Evidence    
If applicable, please include clear photographs of the item highlighting any defects, damages, or issues related to your order.  

Follow Return Instructions    
After your request has been reviewed and approved, we will provide the return shipping address and detailed instructions to complete the return process.    
Please note that we reserve the right to reject any returns that do not comply with the conditions outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.    

Refund Process and Timeline    
Upon receiving your returned item, our team will carefully inspect it to ensure it complies with the conditions specified in our return policy. You will be notified of the outcome, confirming whether your refund request has been approved or declined. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. A confirmation email will be sent once the refund has been successfully processed.    

Partial Refunds    
In some cases, a partial refund may be issued if the returned item has minor damage or is missing certain components, thereby not fully meeting our return requirements.    

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items    
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to initiate a return. To help us resolve the issue promptly, kindly email us clear photographs or a short video that clearly show the problem.
